Student Chromebook Issue Repair Process
All Chromebook issues must be submitted through a technology work order using their assigned Chromebook, if possible.
When the school technology team can assess the issue the student’s Chromebook screen will display a lock screen during homeroom saying “Please bring your device to the media center to address the issue in your work order”.
3. The Chromebook issue will be fixed or the Chromebook will be swapped for a new device
