Mr. Nemal Patel, Principal

Mr. Patel grew up in Greenville, North Carolina.  He attended Wake Forest University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts.  Upon graduating from Wake Forest, Mr. Patel began his career in education at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.  He earned his Master’s degree in Education from Winthrop University.  Over the years, he served as an administrator at three different schools spanning grades PreK through 12th grade.  Mr. Patel’s favorite part of being a principal includes reflecting on daily interactions with students, staff, and families to help drive the vision of Roberta Road Middle School so that our students can maximize their potential.

 

Ms. Amanda Hauser, Assistant Principal

 

Ms. Amanda Hauser, Assistant Principal

Mrs. Hauser grew up in Stokes County, North Carolina. She attended University of North Carolina at Charlotte as a North Carolina Teaching Fellow where she earned her Bachelor' degree in History, Secondary Education. Upon graduating she began her teaching career in Cabarrus County Schools. She earned her Master's of School Administration from Appalachian State University. 

She spent the last 12 years serving students and families in CCS at the Early College Program as a teacher and school administrator. Mrs. Hauser's favorite part of being an administrator is supporting students and staff to help them grow and be the best version of themselves. She firmly believes that through hard work and strong relationships we can change the world and leave it better than we found it.

Mrs. Jannelle Grey, Assistant Principal

Mrs. Jannelle Grey, Assistant Principal

 

Ms. Grey is a native of Los Angeles, California but spent most of her childhood years in Matthews, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and her Master’s in School Administration. Ms. Grey has had the privilege of being a teacher, instructional leader, and MTSS coach for Cabarrus County Schools. Her favorite part of being an administrator is creating relationships with students and their families that promote life-long learning and helping students work together, grow together, and change the world.

Mr. Shane McClintock, Assistant Principal

 

Mr. Shane McClintock, Assistant Principal

Mr. McClintock grew up in Dayton, OH.  He attended Ohio University where he earned his Bachelor of Science.  He then earned a Master’s Degree in Education from Winthrop University.  He has served as a teacher, Dean of Students, and Assistant Principal.  Mr. McClintock’s favorite part of being an administrator is helping students grow and develop into the best versions of themselves.
